My Premium membership for Adobe Acrobat not getting restored

I had purchased the premium subscription from Samsung Store for Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF, it worked for sometime and then it got rekoved suddenly. Now when I try to restore it and try to purchase the subscription it shows some error that you have purchased it already, but it doesn't restore the membership somehow. Its really frustrating to not being able to work on it.

 

Please look into this ASAP.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Thank you for sharing the screen recording for us to better understand the issue. I suggest you check whether the e-mail address registered with the Galaxy store is the same one you logged into Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

If the account is the same, please try restoring the purchase and check if it helps. To know more, click on the link:

Also, you may check if you can work with the tools on the online Documents Cloud portal.

If the tools do work there, try these steps:

1. Sign out of Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Sign in with the same credentials that worked on the online portal.

Yes I am using the same email for Adobe Acrobat reader Mobile version as on my Galaxy Store account i.e. sunderbasantani@gmail.com.

 

I also tried everything you mentioned but it didn't help me.

 

On cloud also it asks me to subscribe to premium features.

 

On mobile app, when I try to subscribe again it says purchase failed as user is already having subscription. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
