My subscribe does not work

Hi , 

i subscribed on Adobe Acrobat Reader i pay 10,99 Euros every month 

 

But my functionalities do not work.

What can i do?

Sorry for the delayed response. As we checked that this email is not having any subscription active on your account, if you are still facing the issue please check if you have used some other email? Also, tell us the email in a private message so we can check your subscription status.

Make sure you are signed in with the same email on which the plan is purchased.

What the hell is going on my? Subscription is not working and my premium deducted (340)from my account twice. It's f*** all application.
