My subscription ends in August 2026 but I am not able use features

It's not allowing me to edit, it's asking me to subscribe but I already have subscription until August.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing the video, as seen in the video at may stages, your internet connection is not working. Please try to check the internet connectivity at your mobile device, try switching to a wifi, hotspot and try agian.

    What happens when you try to edit the PDF file? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screesnhot of the same for more clarity?

     

    Is this an issue with a particulsr PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try  with a different PDF file and see if that works. 

     

    Try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play store and reboot the device once. Also try to restore the purchase, Tap on the Profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and reboot the device.

     

    If it still doesn’t work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.

    I have updated the app, restarted the device, and my internet connection is stable. Please have a look at the attached video below.
