Não converte Word para pdf

Could you please check if this issue happens with only one specific Word file or with other files too? Try opening a different Word file and see if it works fine.

Also, please make sure your Acrobat app is up to date. Check if there are any pending updates in the App Store, update the app if needed, and then restart your device to see if that helps.
