Necesito que alguien me contacte, tenía un plan pro mensual y decidí cancelarlo, me llegó el correo de cancelación, pero me cobraron 109.95 dólares de un plan anual que JAMÁS activé. Esto es un robo. Adjunto fotografía de correo confirmando cancelación.

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that an Acrobat Pro subscription in cancelling mode, it was purchased with an annual commitment at a discounted price and was cancelled in mid term.
