Need help with PDF reader Pro

The iOS store has been Infiltrated by China thanks to these so called developers who never resolve this problem:  no only was my 7 day free trial never fixed after I unsubscribed from my 7 day free trial on iiis cloud but it shows on my iCloud account that my subscription expires on April 11, 2027.  I do not want this showing up as an active account on my Apple apps and do not want anything to do with any form of your software after the crappy resolution and inability to solve this matter with their cleaner app which doesn’t work!  I was redirected to the adobe.cn site when trying to uninstall and my vpn  was set to Miami.  Why is it impossible to get rid of your subscription for a year when it has been cancelled online and why was I redirected to adobe.cn and got a warning about it when there’s no reason for me to go to adobe cn site to begin with?  Why can’t people simply use a cleaner product to rid themselves of your lousy software?  Nothing has been resolved.  iOS is supposed to be the safest store and now clearly it’s not!  This is a national security issue and our president is going to China in order to negotiate with Xi with Tim Cook of Apple.  It’s not a good look for us to do business with the dictator of our biggest adversary when the poo bear is spying on 99 pct of Apple users from their store for your lousy free trial which shows up as paid until next year and your cleaner doesn’t work!  Why do the developers have to be so obtuse when it comes to a massive defect in your lousy software which we depend upon in the personal and business world?

    Hi @chinasux

Thank you for reaching out, and I hope you're doing well.

After reviewing the screenshots you shared, I can confirm that the application in question is PDF Reader Pro, which is a third-party product and not an Adobe application. Because it falls outside of our support scope, we're unfortunately not able to assist with troubleshooting it directly.

For the quickest resolution, I'd recommend contacting the PDF Reader Pro support team, as they'll be best equipped to help you with this issue.

If I don’t find a resolution for Apple iOS store not removing subscription from adobe pro trial version from active subscription in Apple iOS I will notify Apple and get you guys kicked out of iOS store!

My Mac was erased and this error is still showing up!  I no longer have active account with your disgusting error filled garbage software, I was redirected to adobe.cn site online when trying to unsubscribe from my free 7 day trial because it was unusable, it was supposed to expire on April 11 and it shows it will expire on April 11, 2026 but we are in mid May now.  My VPN is not set to China.  I  am based in southeast and that’s what my vpn was set to.  Maybe if you didn’t kiss china’s ass so much for business the prc wouldn’t infiltrate 90 pct of the U.S. iOS community through the App Store.  This is a national security issue.  Perhaps I should reach out to the White House before potus goes to meet with Xi along with Tim Cook.  I’m sure he wouldn’t be pleased!
