Question

Need Refund – Unexpected Adobe Charge

Hi all,

I only downloaded Adobe to sign one document. That’s it. I had no idea it would automatically charge me $106.99 AUD for a full year subscription. Since that one signature, I haven’t used Adobe at all, and I won’t be using it for a year.

This unexpected charge really hurts my budget. Is there anything I can do? Can someone help me get a refund? I wanted to share this so others don’t get caught off guard too.

Thank you so much for any help or advice!

PS: I only subscribed to the trial version and didn’t know they would charge me automatically.

Hi @jc_2053,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I checked the account and saw that you have an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

You opted for the free trial but did not cancel it during the 7-day time frame, so the amount was deducted at the end of the period.

To submit your cancellation request and to know more about how to manage your subscription, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/4f9DHD8

Regards,
Souvik.

Hello,

I am kindly requesting a refund for the recent charge on my account. I had signed up for the trial, but there was no clear warning or reminder 1–2 days before the trial ended, so I was not aware that I needed to cancel it in time. The subscription fee was automatically credited to my account, but I will not be using the service for the year.

I really need that money back, and I would deeply appreciate it if you could process a refund for me.

Thank you for your understanding.
