I have just noticed that you are taking money out of my account for the last few months I have never subscribed to your service and I want you to stop this subscription and would like a full refund.

Well Davendra from Adobe Virtual Assistant  promised me verbally or by chat that my case already escalated to the backend team of Adobe and Devandra said they will contact me within 24-48hours. But then until this very second no one responded to my case which is already more than 48hours. And not a single email they sent to me to confirm that they already canceled the subscription that they put in my account.
