New update doesn’t work

I will try to get this info you requested.
I’m having this similar problem on Adobe acrobat mobile and Adobe sign
mobile. Then when both of have stopped working I use my computer to sign in
and it also doesn't work now.

Adobe Acrobat 23.03.01 (20230330.152506)

Acrobat sign. V3.27.4 (20230228.102538)

iOS 16.3.1 (20D67)

Hope you are doing well Sorry for your experience with signing documents on Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing the application name with which you experienced the issue? Is it with Acrobat Reader Mobile or with Acrobat Sign for mobile?

 

Also, a few more pieces of information would be great:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile/ Acrobat Sign you are using (go to Profile-> About)

2. The iOS version your device is on;

3. A screen recording of what you see when opening the file;

4. A sample file on which you experience the issue over private messages (click on my profile name-> click the blue button that says "Send a Message" on the next page)
