No abren archivos en Ipad

Question

En la app de IOS, No se pueden abrir los archivos de la nube de adobe ni los sincronizados a través de Google Drive. Siempre sale qué hay un error desconocido intentar más tarde. Y así lleva un mes.

ya desinstalé la app, cerré y abrí sesiones y nada.
