En la vista de archivos recientes, en la app para IOS IPhone, no se actualiza la fecha en algunos archivos y se sigue mostrando una fecha anterior al ultimo uso.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the Recent Files view in the iOS app.

The issue you're describing, where the date shown doesn't reflect the actual last use, can sometimes happen due to syncing delays or metadata not updating properly.

Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Check your internet connection: Ensure you're connected to a stable network, as syncing may be affected by weak or intermittent connectivity.

2. Sign out and sign back in: This can help refresh your account data and may correct the file timestamps.

3. Update the app: Make sure you're using the latest version of the Acrobat app via the App Store.

4. Reopen the file from a different location: If the file is stored in a cloud service (like Document Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), try opening it directly from that source in the app and see if the Recent view updates accordingly.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let us know your Acrobat app version (you can find it under Profile > About Acrobat), and whether this is happening with all files or just a few. We’ll be happy to investigate further.
