No Contraten. Cobros injustificados.

Resulta que comencé una prueba gratuita, la cancele a tiempo (dos días antes del límite), recibí por correo la confirmación, aún así me cobraron un mes, al siguiente mes lo mismo, y al tercero igual. Contacté con mi banco para que me ayuden a cancelar pero me requieren las facturas que nunca he recibido por parte de Adobe a pesar de que me siguen cobrando. No existe forma de contactar con ellos ni por telefono ni correo. ES UN ROBO.

I checked the email address that is registered on the community and saw a cancelled subscription for Acrobat Pro DC on your account.

Also, the account does not have any transactions made.
