No funciona IA adobe reader

Question

Pague por la IA y no funciona, me dice que debo suscribirme, sin embargo al hacer la suscripción mensual me dice que ya la hecomprado, pero tampoco puedo restaurar las compras,  y se me descontó de mi tarjeta.. también  desinstale la app y nada.

I checked your Adobe account and noticed that you’ve bought the Acrobat Premium subscription from the Samsung Store, and the AI Assistant for Acrobat from the Google Play Store.Because these purchases are from different stores, the app is not able to recognize both together.
