La aplicación de adobe me ofrece la conversión de archivos Excel para lo cual tuve que hacer un pago anual con la sorpresa de que esa opción no funciona necesito convertir mis archivos PDF en Excel para lo cual pague y no lo hace la aplicación Solicito se realice de manera inmediata la Correccional aplicación para que se puedan realizar las funciones que ofertan Y que además cobran y muy bien

I have checked that you purchased the Adobe Export PDF annual subscription.
Please make sure that you are signed in with the same email address that you use to purchase the service.
Try once to sign out and reboot the device.
Then sign in with your Adobe ID and check if you can export PDF.
