No funciona la suscripción

Se hizo el pago de la suscripción  y no me deja trabajar, dice que no está disponible por el momento, lleva semanas así

@eder_6718 did you purchased the AI Assistant? If so, that's an add-on for Adobe Acrobat, you need to download and maybe even pay for the app depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

I would log into my https://www.adobe.com/home and see what exactly I have.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your email address registered here on the community and couldn't find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. 

 

To test, you might want to log in to https://adobe.ly/3J0QXxS to see if you are able to use the tools there. If yes, you shoud check th email address on the web portal and the application.
