I hit the Help button & nothing happens. I was told to resolve my complaint about being charged for a subscription that I don't have in the chat, but I can't get to the chat.

I checked your account registered with the community and saw that the subscription is still active on your account.

 

The reason for being charged on the very day could be due to the utilization of the trial previously.

I don't have a record of the subscription. It isn't showing up as a subscription anywhere on my phone. It shows on my app that I'm a "free user" without a subscription. 

I can't manage an account that doesn't exist. I've tried following that link & it shows that I do not have a subscription.

I am currently having this issue on my account as well but with Samsung and every time I try to get with a rep via chat it won't let me. And when I call the customer service number it just rings and rings nobody answers they took 75.76 out of my account but when I got to subscriptions it shows I have nothing.
