No longer seeing attachments in encrypted pdf emails on iPhone & iPad

Since updating app on iPhone and iPad can no longer see any attachments in encrypted pdf emails - when I open same email on my Mac the attachments are there. This is a new problem as have previously been accessible on all iPhone, iPad and Mac desktop. Can you help?

We just released Acrobat Reader 18.11.00 to the App Store.

This release includes the fix for the missing attachments problem that you've experienced.
