No me deja abrir un archivo compartido

No me deja abrir un archivo compartido lo tengo así ya que estoy abriendolo con frecuencia desde dos dispositivos y haciendo modificaciones todo funcionaba con normalidad pero de pronto hoy ya no me deja, se abre unos segundos y luego se cierra

    1. The application version of the application you are using;

    2. The OS [Android/iOS] and the version you are using;
