No pedo editar desde mi Huawei Matepad Pro 12,2" (2024) - Tengo PREMIUM

Hace unas semanas adquirí Acrobat Premium con la intención de poder editar documentos desde mi tablet, pero no he logrado hacerlo. Ya probé varias soluciones sugeridas en esta comunidad, pero ninguna ha funcionado.

Adjunto una grabación de pantalla para:
Mostrar que efectivamente tengo la suscripción Premium.
Mostrar que no puedo editar los documentos.

Agradezco de antemano cualquier ayuda que puedan brindarme con este problema.

Hola @S. S  te informo que he resuelto el problema de la siguietne manera:

1.- Desinstale el Adobe Acrobat que baje de la App Galery de Huawei 

2.- Descarge el instalador .apk de la pagina oficial https://get.adobe.com/es/reader/otherversions teniendo cuidado en selecccionar la ultima version y una que fuera compatible con mi sistema. 

3.- Instale la aplicacion desde el archivo .apk , inicie sesion con mi cuenta de Google y funciono sin nigun problema. 

 

Ahora me queda la duda de si sera nescesario actualizar de forma manual o ¿si se acctualizara automaticamment al salir versiones nuevas?

Espero esta solucion ayude a alguien mas a resolverlo o le aporte al grupo de desarrolladores para corregir el problema del programa al bajaro de App Galery de Huawei.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with editing PDFs on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

From the screen recording, it seems that Acrobat is unable to capture the mouse clicks on your tablet.

If you might have observed, you did not get into the Edit PDF tool page, due to which you do not see the features.

 

To test, can you try using your finger to touch the screen and check once? If it works, I recommend checking the mouse and mouse-click sensitivity with the tablet.

 

If not, let us know the app version you are using (Profile > About Acrobat) and the Android version of your device for further investigation.

Muchas gracias por responder a mi consulta con prontitud. Ya he probado utilizando únicamente los dedos sobre la pantalla táctil, y obtengo el mismo resultado.
Adjunto en el video la evidencia correspondiente, incluyendo la versión de Acrobat (25.8.0.40838) y una captura de pantalla con la versión del sistema operativo (HarmonyOS 4.2.0.169)

Agradezco su atención y quedo atento a cualquier ayuda que me puedan brindar.

Hi @Yeshua_Trejo0323,

 

A few questions:

1. Have you tried going to the "All Tools" Tab and click the option to "Edit PDF?"

2. Can you try long pressing a text and check if you get the option to "Edit PDF" and if it works?
