Question

No premium Access?

Hello, I am a premium user, but when I am offline I do not have the ability to edit documents, and even when I am online, every edit is done through the browser in an inconvenient, cumbersome form, what is the reason for this? Previously I had the Pro version and there was no such problem, except that it was too expensive for me

Hello,
I'm sorry that I'm replying so late, but the problem has not gone away. Everything works in the mobile application on my phone, but not on my computer, so I care even more about being able to edit on my computer because it's more convenient. What could be the reason and how to fix it because this problem irritates me very much
