Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
When you clear the cache or data of the app or install it for the first time, you should be redirected to the website, and the profile selection page should appear if you have multiple profiles registered under your Email address.
If there is only one profile, Acrobat Reader Mobile automatically recognizes the subscription and logs you in.
