Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information to investigate further:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The Android/iOS you are using and its version;

3. A screenshot or screen recording of what you see when opening the file.
