No puedo abrir mi cuenta de Adobe en Mi Mac a pesar de tenerla abierta en el iPhone!

Puedo abrir mi sesión de Adobe en iPhone pero no me deja hacerlo r en el Mac! Me pide contraseña de mi cuenta y cuando se la ingreso no la acepta y tampoco reacciona para restablecer contraseña!
