Hi @Facundo ,
Hope you're doing well, and thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble.
Adobe accounts are tied to a specific email address (your Adobe ID). When you sign in with a different Gmail, you're technically creating or accessing a different Adobe account but your subscription, payment method, and free trial history are all attached to the original account (the old Gmail). That's why the same card keeps showing up regardless of which Gmail you use to log in.
Please try the steps below and see if that works:
1. Go to https://adobe.ly/3Ry5zcM and sign in with the old Gmail address. This is the account that holds your payment info.
2. Once signed in, go to Plans & Payment > Payment Method and add your new card. You can then remove the old card.
3. If you'd like to move away from the old Gmail entirely:
- Go to https://adobe.ly/3Ry5zcM > Account & Security
- Update your email/Adobe ID with the new email
- This transfers everything: subscriptions, history, preferences to the new address
4. Free trials are tied to the Adobe ID (email), not the payment method. If the free trial was already used on the old Gmail account, it won't be available again on that same account.
5. If you've lost access to the old Gmail entirely, this is something better handled by our billing team here https://adobe.ly/4aTynmG just click on the contact us button in the lower right corner to start the process.
Hope that clears things up.
