I checked your account's email address registered on the community, and could not find any active subscription.

Can you try logging in to the online portal at https://adobe.ly/3Hjmr1V and checking if you can use the subscription features there?

If yes, I recommend checking the email address you are using to log in to the application.

If not, please share screenshots of the purchase details, which should include the Purchase ID from the store.

It will help us investigate the issue further.
