He pagado el mes de suscripción, pero no puedo utilizarlo, me dice continuamente que se acabo el periodo de prueba, que tengo que comprarlo

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

You may try out the following suggestion and let us know how it works for you:

  • Launch Acrobat Reader app -> Click on Settings (human-like icon on the top right of Home page) -> Subscriptions -> Restore purchases.

If the issue persists, please help us with the screenshot. Try to remove email id if that is visible in the screenshot when you are getting that trial period expired mesage.
