Ya tiene un par de meses que no reconoce la suscripción al querer editar a pdf o un pdf , me retrasa en mis actividades

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to track any active/paid plan. If you may have used a different Adobe ID for the purchase, please log out of the application, reboot the device and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and check.
