    Hi @Jesus Oscar Espinoza ,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with passwords.

     

    As the passwords for the files are not stored in our database to safeguard the encryption of the file, it has to be either remembered by you or you might have to contact the creator of the file to access the application.

     

    Hope this clarifies the point.

    Hi there

     

    I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with password-protected PDFs. Unfortunately, Adobe does not save the passwords set by users for opening PDF files.

     

    To resolve this, you might consider creating a new PDF from the original source file or reaching out to the creator of the PDF to get an unprotected copy. This can often be the quickest way to regain access.
