Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
The Acrobat Premium plan is specifically designed for use on mobile devices (iOS and Android) and is not intended to be used on desktop platforms.
If you're looking to access premium features on a desktop, you'll need to subscribe to Acrobat Pro, which is tailored for desktop use and offers a broader set of features across both mobile and desktop environments.
