No upgrade received

I have downloaded Adobe app. I have followed the link and  I've upgraded to premium. I am still on as free user and unable to use.

Money has gone out of my account.

I have tried  refresh but my account is saying I've no subscriptions to refresh.

What should I do?

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to track any active/paid plan. If you may have used a different Adobe ID for the purchase, please log out of the app, and log in with the correct Adobe ID and see if that works.
