Hello,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile Subscription.

For mobile-based subscriptions, it is the store that handles the transaction and the operations. Since you are using Android, go to Google Play Store:

1. Click on your profile icon on the top right;

2. Click on payments and subscriptions;

3. Check for the subscription you do not want to use and cancel it.

Uninstalling the application does not clear the subscriptions as they are bound to the account associated with Google Play. You have to manually cancel the subscription for it to stand null and void.

If you are charged incorrectly, you may go to the below link to start the refund process:

Request a refund on Google Play - Google Play Help

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Ive seemed to run into the same issue not being able to cancell my free trial... I read in the replies of similar situations and it seems Adobe can look up our account via our ID in this section and check possibly help cancell before the cc is charged. Adobe please help!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed reply.

I have checked your Adobe account, and I see that your plan for the Acrobat Pro desktop app is already cancelled.

Tip for future inquiries: For questions related to the Acrobat desktop app, we recommend posting them in the Adobe Community forums here: Acrobat Community Forum. This will help you get faster and more targeted support.

I too am having difficulty in finding the cancel button for my Adobe Stock free trial.

It is also saying I am enrolled, however it won't allow me in to do any work, any help is greatly appreciated.

Same experience here. Free trial is an obvious scam and zero customer service. No way to cancel free trial and no one to contact. Going to have to claw back via MasterCard.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope this message finds you well.

I have checked the Adobe account associated with your Adobe ID on this community, and found that your subscription to Acrobat Pro has already been canceled.

I would think uninstalling the mobile app before the 7 free trial days expire, would emphatically imply you do not want to subscribe.

In trading the comments about the app on Google Play Store, it seems most everyone is being charged, even those who uninstall early and or never use it. The install does not spell out what the person who downloads the "free" acrobat mobile app must do to avoid one's Google Play Store account from automatically billing for Adobe. I even logged into my Adobe account

and could not find how to notify them I do not want my "free trial" to become a payable subscription. Adobe handled this extremely poor and questionable.
