Hi there

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have an active plan for Acrobat Premium purchased via Apple/iTune.  To know more about the cancellation and refund process, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/3I3Phnf

@karen_7001 curious, how did you purchase your adobe application? Through adobe.com or did you go through Apple store or Google PlayStore? I ask because Acrobat Reader is FREE! And they don't send out license keys for free apps!

I am just thinking, maybe it's a permission or corrupted file issue on your device.

Hi purchased it via wowcher. I've now requested a refund and I had to go onto adobe site and purchase a year membership at £62 I only needed to amend one pdf form but it would not let me amend it without purchase.
