Not able to access files in Adobe Document Cloud

Hey, I have quite a few files in my docume clou. But whenever I try open the document cloud it shows an error message “Error in document cloud. Please check you internet connection.” I have a working internet connection but still I’m having trouble in accessing the files in my document cloud.

Even when I log into the online site the ability to access document cloud is gone. When I open adobe the Document cloud tab is now missing. I get the following online
