Not able to Re-order page in Acrobat in Android. Using Samsung S26 Ultra. Acrobat Version - 26.5.0

When I press and hold, no option shows to move pages. Screen Recording Attached.

    Hi @kamlesh_kumar ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

A couple of quick questions to narrow this down:

    • Are you on the free version of Acrobat Reader, or do you have an Acrobat Premium/Pro subscription? Reordering pages needs a paid plan; on the free plan, the option won't appear, even though you can still open and view PDFs.

    • When you press and hold, is this from inside the Organize Pages tool specifically, or from the regular page-view/thumbnail screen? These are two different screens, and reordering only works inside Organize Pages.

If you haven't tried this exact path yet:

    • Open your PDF, then tap the tools icon (bottom or top of the screen, depending on layout) and choose More tools.

    • Select Organize Pages.

    • Long-press a page thumbnail, then drag it to its new spot.

    • Save when you're done.

If you're already following those exact steps and it's still not responding, that points to a subscription limit rather than a bug, so double-check your plan under your profile icon in the app. If you do have Premium/Pro and it's still not working, please try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
