Not able to scroll

I assume you are referring to any file opened in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application, in which you are unable to scroll? Or is that you are referring to the scrolling in general?

Are you able to scroll the page overall using the Bluetooth keyboard? If yes, then is it just the Acrobat Reader application which isn't working?

As a workaround try disconnecting and reconnecting the device once and check back.

Also, if you are still experiencing the same problem then help us with more information to understand the issue clearly.
