Not able to use full screen in landscape mode on my tab.

Hi, actually I'm not able to view any pdf in full screen on my tab . I have to work on pdf and thats so annoying to not getting the full screen view

Adobe Acrobat PDF reader does not adapt to a full-screen when using landscape mode. Don't get me wrong, I love the app but what infruriates me is that it does not transform into a full screen when on landscape mode. I mostly use the landscape mode for better readability. I am using Huawei Matepad 11.5" S. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Acrobat Reader for Mobile.

From what I see, this is due to the sandbox that Huawei devices use to run applications from the Google Play Store.

We do not have the right to control how the emulator behaves for mobile and tablet devices, and how they control the aspect ratio.

I say this because if this were a native Android-running device, the sides of the full screen would've been completely grey instead of the colored background.

I suggest reaching out to Huawei support to check if they can provide a solution to this.

Yes iam also facing the same issue on my realme pad 2 tablet while rotating it goes half screen so please check and solve my case asap

To better understand the problem, could you please clarify what happens when you attempt to view the PDF in full-screen mode? Do you receive any specific error messages, or does the app behave unexpectedly? If possible, kindly share a screenshot of the error or a short video recording of the steps you’re taking so that we can review the issue in greater detail.

In addition, please provide the following information:

The make and model of your Android device.
The version of your Android operating system.
The version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using. To verify this, tap on your profile icon within the app, then select About Adobe Acrobat. The latest version should be 24.9.1.35566.

If you're not using the latest version, please check for any pending updates in the Google Play Store, and ensure your app is fully up-to-date. After updating, I recommend restarting your device to ensure any changes take effect.

This is actually what happening , the whole app just open in half of the
screen after switching to landscape mode , even after opening a pdf same
continues
