Not happy with my service.

Question

My Adobe program won't let me connect to Facebook and my pdfs aren't changing much anymore and I'm not happy with my service thus far. I bought a year worth of service and I'm not happy

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing?

Could you let us know which Adobe app you’re using (like Acrobat, Express, or something else)? A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

For the PDF issue—can you tell us a bit more about what’s not working? Are you trying to edit, save, or do something else with the files?
