What is wrong with this app?? I've been trying o access it for like 30 minutes now, and it won't open up.

Hi @Delena278671546ekb,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow that happens when you try to open Acrobat?

 

Also, you might want to try the below steps:

1. Go to settings;

2. Wireless and networks-> Enable/ disable Wi-Fi;

3. Enable cellular data;

4. Then try opening Acrobat Reader.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Looking at the description above, it seems like the app is not launching when double-clicking on it. Is that correct? Or it appears for a few seconds and then crash? 

Try the following steps and see if that helps.

1-  Reboot your device. 

2-  In Play Store or App Store, search for Acrobat Reader and see if you have the pending update available. 

3- Even after restarting and updating the app, if the application still doesn't launch, uninstall and reinstall it once.
