Thank you for reporting this issue to us and I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
Could you please elaborate the details (provide reproducible steps) about the issue you experienced? What is the version of Dropbox and Acrobat on your device? Does your Dropbox account reach the quota limit? Does it still happen after restart the device?

acrobat version 22.07.00 updated today, dropbox version 290.2.2 

 

normally i have a file in the acrobat app, and hit save a copy and then select save to dropbox.  it would then save as a PDF into dropbox, however it is ot any longer.  i usually import everything to acrobat to save it into dropbox in this manner.

I use Acrobat version 22.07.00 updated and dropbox version 290.2.2, however, I'm not able to repro the issue. (see attached AppstoreBuild.mov) 

It would be helpful if you can provide the screen recording to illustrate your issue. Additionally, can you check how much space used in your dropbox account?
