Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

When switching from iPhone to Samsung (iOS to Android), it's possible that the file names you're seeing in Adobe Acrobat are not showing correctly due to differences in how each operating system handles file metadata or due to syncing issues.

Please check:

- Make sure you're signed in to the same Adobe account on your Samsung device that you used on your iPhone. Files saved to the Adobe cloud should sync across devices, including the correct file names.

- Double-check where the files are stored. If the files were saved locally on your iPhone (not in the cloud), they won’t automatically transfer to your Samsung unless you backed them up and restored them manually.

- On your Samsung device, open Adobe Acrobat and go to the "Files" tab. Tap "Document Cloud" or the specific storage location (like Dropbox or Google Drive, if connected), and see if your files appear there with their correct names.
