Not so free trial

I downloaded the free trial and got charged for it on March 2. Immediately uninstalled, and left a Google review about it. The response I got, sent me here, which is clearly NOT customer service. Now I'm twice as mad, and still out the money. Y'all need to get it together.

And, hey, unisntalling doesn't stop the billing, no idea why you'd think that.  Only going into your account and cancelling stops the payment, once you've payed the 6 month penalty fee you signed up for.

We'all ain't customer service as you observe. Adobe don't read this stuff, you're wasting your energy lambasting us. Contact customer service by Chat or Phone. There is no email support. Warning: by posting here's you're invisting scammers to contact you. How can you tell? Adobe won't contact you, so if anyone does, claiming to be Adobe, they are a scammer...
