Not working

My job as an app to check out paystubs on and now I try to look at them it says no PDF reader available to view them so I got the Adobe app and it still says the same thing pretty disappointed

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

From the error you mentioned, it looks like an issue with the way the PDFs are created, which can be only viewed with the desktop version of the application.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] you are using and its version;

3. A screenshot of the error;

4. A sample file to test.
