I also need to know how to create a blank pdf. I have to adobe app on my Android. But I can't create a blank pdf.

Acrobat Reader is a PDF viewer. And Acrobat is not a desktop publishing app. For best results, use MS Word, Google Documents or Adobe InDesign to create your original document and then export it to PDF for print and distribution on other platforms.
