I can't get my Adobe program to hook up with my Facebook or my email?
Is your FB account personal or business? If it is a personal account, then you cannot post a PDF. What you can do is convert to JPEG or PNG and post the image. There is a link in this page to do the conversion.

Explain your issue with email. Can you receive PDFs with Acrobat Reader for mobile? Send them? Something else?
Also tell us what you are using for email. Outlook? Mac Mail? Gmail? Something else?
