i saved sticky notes in android adobe reader and send the file to pc but i cant see those notes in pc adobe reader and same thing happens in vice versa.

Could you please confirm, how exactly you are transferring the file from mobile to pc after adding sticky notes to the PDF?
If you are sharing through the "Document Cloud" then make sure you are uploading the file correctly.
- Files saved under "Local" or "Recent" would not be uploaded to the "Document Cloud" automatically unless you don't save it manually (after making changes in it)
1-Open a PDF.
2-Tap 
share icon > Save to Document Cloud
- Sign Out from the Adobe Reader mobile application once and Sign In again.
