- Which chat feature? Are you referring to the AI Assistant inside Acrobat Reader, or to another chat? AI Assistant requires an active add-on subscription or an eligible plan, it's worth confirming that your subscription is active on your Adobe account.
- Device and version: What device are you using (iPhone / iPad / Android) and which OS version? Which version of Acrobat Reader is installed?
- What happens when you try to use the Chat function ? Does the chat stay blank, return an error message, freeze, or simply not send the command at all? If possible, share the exact error message (if any). Or a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
- Open document: Do you have a PDF open at the moment you try to use the chat? AI Assistant needs a loaded document in order to respond about its content.
