Hi @Flamboyant_Symphony4ac5
I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it is to be unable to use the Create PDF feature because of a password prompt and an expired authentication code.
To help you better, could you please share:
-
When the password is requested: on the Adobe sign-in screen or when opening a PDF file?
-
Which device you use (Android, iPhone, or computer) and the app version?
-
The exact text of the message on screen?
If it is the Adobe sign-in screen, the verification code sent by email or SMS is short-lived. On the verification screen, select the option to resend the code and use the new one as soon as it arrives. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or select “Use another method”. More details: Troubleshoot two-step verification sign-in issues.
If you don’t remember your Adobe account password, go to http://ms.spr.ly/64044at0wr, select “Get help signing in”, then “Reset your password”. Enter your email, type the code you receive, and set a new password. More details: Reset or change your password.
If the password is requested when opening a specific PDF file, that file was password-protected by whoever created it, and only that person can provide the password.
Hope this will help
Regards
Amal
