How to extract text typed on dotted line of application form? OCR outputs dotted line shown between characters as full stops.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Acrobat mobile app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App Store and reboot the device once.

If the issue still occurs, please share a sample PDF file and a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and further investigation.

I don't know how to share personal information that cannot be OCR accurately on application form that uses dotted line for user to use typewriter or handwritten
