Open offline password

• What is the device you are using? Is it an Android or an iOS device?
• What is the version of the application? To check the version of the application:
  - for iOS: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/settings.html#find-app-version 
  - for Android: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/settings.html#app-version
• Have you created this file or got it from a different user?
