On a bank statement unable to open the highlighted quarters statement on the website

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Do you experience the issue with only bank statements or with any PDF file that contains a link to a website?

 

The issue could be how the PDFs are created from the bank's side. If only with statement files, please share a file with us (over a private message due to the sensitivity of the file) so we can reproduce the issue to get to a fix.
